This is a three part, 90 minute Drawing Meditation session. How do you bring light or shadow to a blank page? Let’s learn how.
In the first portion of this class, you’ll see a demonstration of shadows and multiple techniques for drawing shines and glows. After a bit of practice, we’ll apply the techniques during a guided meditation that focuses on eight positive actions and attitudes that can light our way in dark times. We’ll finish the class with a short discussion about the experience.
White paper or sketchbook
Pencil (#2, HB, B, etc)
Colored pencils or crayons
Tissue or paper towel (optional)
Compass or object to trace a small circle (optional)
