This is a 90 minute Drawing Meditations session via Zoom. What happens when you let your mind and instinct run loose on the page? This is form of art meditation is highly therapeutic.

In the first part of this class, you’ll learn some techniques for automatic drawing and we’ll practice letting go of expectations on the page. In the second part of class, we’ll expand on this intuitive drawing technique to relax our minds and illustrate our subconscious thoughts. We’ll finish the class with a short discussion about the experience.

Materials needed:
White paper or sketchbook
Pencil (#2, HB, B, etc)
Eraser
Colored pencils or crayons
Internet connection
Zoom Client for Meetings
